ZININ ijs & chocolade for their Italian ice cream
Eindhoven ‘t Hool
ZININ ijs & chocolade serves up some of the best sweets. Any local dessert lover will tell you that ZININ ijs & chocolade serves up some of the best sweets in town. We can’t (and won’t) get over their macaroons that come in a delicious variety of flavours, from strawberry cheesecake to bubble gum. But the main event at ZININ is obviously their bonafide Italian ice cream. Our number one flavour is the watermelon sorbet.

De Wildeman for all your carnivorous cravings
The chefs at this American diner don’t mess around—they’re dedicated to serving top quality dishes that are perfect to satisfy your carnivorous cravings. They make a mean plate of ribs—their spareribs cooked in either a BBQ or spicy marinade are incredible. As are their burgers, and our favourite is easily their spicy burger, featuring the usual suspects of lettuce, tomato, pickle and cheese, and a handful of jalapenos to spice things up, all topped with their scrumptious wild sauce.

Ethiopisch Restaurant for a traditional Ethiopian meal
Ethiopian food is seriously underrated, and the food at Ethiopisch Restaurant easily proves that. So whether you’re familiar with the cuisine or not, you definitely won’t regret tucking into one of their hearty traditional dishes, like the Denech be sega beef with potatoes and carrots in a curry sauce. Or their Assa tuna in a red sauce with bell peppers, tomatoes, and a delicious blend of various herbs.

Krishna Vilas for its vegetarian take on South Indian cuisine
Calling all vegetarians, this South Indian restaurant in the centre of Eindhoven might become your new favourite. Equipped with a traditional clay oven, the team at Krishna Vilas are experts on plant-based Indian dishes like the cheese masala dosa: a thin rice and lentil pancake, filled with potato and onion masala and topped with grated cheese.
On the spicier side, we definitely recommend the North Indian curries like the paneer butter masala which comes with paneer cheese in a tomato and onion sauce, flavoured with Indian spices.
Tea lovers, this bar is everything you’ve ever wanted
From bubble tea to matcha, InfiniTea is famed for its delicious variety of teas. This tea bar will win over your heart with its signature drinks, be it the popular brown sugar with fresh milk and brown sugar konjac pearls. Or the honey dew bubble tea with a fruity flavour and topping of your choice, like their tasty coconut jelly. Our personal favourite? The sparkling drinks are extra refreshing, like their strawberry soda which pairs perfectly well with a mango jelly topping.
